Dr. Yanuar Zukarnaen is one of the founders of PPDS-Germany and a Jakarta-born doctor who became a specialist in internal medicine and worked in Germany until 2020. In 2004, he started his education in Germany at Studienkolleg in the city of Hamburg and continued medical school from 2005 until He completed his studies at the Eppendorf Clinic University in Hamburg in 2012. Subsequently, he continued his specialist education at the Pforzheim Hospital, the teaching hospital of the University of Heidelberg.

In 2014, he became a member of the European Society of Cardiolgy (ESC). In 2015, he worked as an intern at the National University Hospital in Singapore (NUHS), before resuming his specialist training in Germany in 2016 at Ludwigshafen Hospital. He is also a member of the German Society of Internal Medicine. During his education, he also administered Internal Medicine courses and exams in the UK and was awarded the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians of the United Kingdom (MRCPUK) certification in 2019. In 2020, he passed the examination as a specialist in internal medicine in Germany and moved to Singapore to continue her dream of becoming a cardiologist.

He has an idea to help general practitioners in Indonesia to advance through quality education in Germany to improve health in Indonesia with the help of PPDS-Germany. He has successfully brought doctors from Indonesia to continue PPDS in Germany and wants to help you with his more than 15 years of experience in Germany to become the best doctors and sons and daughters of the Indonesian nation.
