recognized evidence of your language skills in German for professional recognition from the local medical association to practice medicine in Germany.<\/p><p class=\" translation-block\">One of the requirements for registering for the medical language exam is that general language skills must be proven by a <strong> Goethe-Z Certificate B2 or language certificate <\/strong> which meets at least Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg) applying to a medical association for a license to practice medicine must prove knowledge of the German language required for medical activity by means of a medical language exam, unless the doctor has a degree from a German-speaking university or has a diploma from a school. basic, secondary and general with a curriculum in German with at least ten years of education. Generally all doctors should run this exam. The Fachsprachenpr\u00fcfung is performed live at the local medical association in Germany. After the registration process, the examinee will receive a confirmation of acceptance and a fee notification. The examiner is an experienced doctor. The content of the technical language test is a case study of cases in a hospital. The focus of this exam is a matter of understanding (lesen), listening (hoeren) and oral (sprechen) and written (schreiben) expressions. In this exam, medical expertise is not assessed. However, medical expertise is important to pass this medical language test. The exam candidate conducts anamnesic interview with the simulated patient. In the conversation, the patient is played by a doctor. The test candidate's job is to explain and establish a diagnosis and provide therapy, and explain the non-invasive and invasive measures to be performed to the patient. Candidates must respond to patient inquiries appropriately. In this sense, listening comprehension (hoeren) is a central part of the exam. Furthermore, the extent to which candidates can respond to patients and ask relevant questions (sprechen).<\/p>\n\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n \t<li><strong>Documentation<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The second part of the medical language test contains documentation and builds on previous doctor-patient conversations. For this purpose, the examinee receives an anamnesis sheet. On this history sheet, the exam candidate should summarize (schreiben) the medically relevant information obtained in the history taking interview in the doctor's report.<\/p>\n\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n \t<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong> Conversation <\/strong> <strong> between <\/strong> <strong> doctor <\/strong> <strong> and <\/strong><strong>doctor<\/strong> <strong> peer or chief doctor. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The last part of the medical language test contains interviews of doctors. This involves introducing the patient during handover talks with a medical colleague. In the handover meeting, the candidate informs the doctor from the examining board about the information obtained in the doctor-patient conversation. The information obtained must be structured and reproduced using specialist medical terms.
